Top Quality Exteriors was founded in 2022, and our team brings over 7 years of industry experience to Richmond Heights homes. We work across Berkshire, Hampton Park, Maryland Terrace, and the City Center district, and our crews know what pre-WWII brick bungalows and Tudors need. Steep cut-up roof planes, dormers, valleys, and masonry chimneys shape the way we scope a job. After the May 2025 EF3 tornado tore through the city, we helped homeowners document damage, tarp torn roofs, and rebuild. We treat every project like a long-term relationship.

View CertificationWe replace steep, cut-up Tudor and bungalow roofs across Richmond Heights, often re-decking over 1930s plank sheathing before shingles go on. Expect clean tear-offs on narrow driveways.
From step-flashing failures at brick chimneys to blown valleys, our Richmond Heights repair crew handles every leak point that pre-war homes keep producing. Lasting fixes, not patchwork.
After the May 2025 tornado, Richmond Heights homeowners learned what a 2 am roof call feels like. Our emergency crew answers 24/7, dispatches to your ZIP, and stops water intrusion fast.
Richmond Heights roof inspections climb every valley, dormer, and brick chimney on your home. You get labeled photos, a written scope, and clear next steps, whether you file a claim or not.
Richmond Heights residential roofing means working around 1930s brick walls, mature trees, and narrow driveways. We stage carefully, protect landscaping, and clean up every scrap each day.
City Center offices and Galleria-corridor properties count on us for commercial roofing in Richmond Heights. We handle TPO, modified bitumen, and tenant-occupied work with minimal downtime.
Hail, straight-line winds, and the May 2025 tornado hit Richmond Heights hard. Our storm damage crew documents every impact, meets your adjuster, and restores roofs to their pre-storm shape.
When a tree limb cracks a dormer or a shingle field blows off on Big Bend, our emergency tarping team gets to Richmond Heights fast. We seal the opening before water compounds the damage inside.
Owens Corning asphalt shingles work well on Richmond Heights' steep Tudor and bungalow roofs. We install Preferred Contractor systems with upgraded underlayment and ice-and-water at every valley.
Standing seam metal is a strong fit for Hampton Park and Berkshire homes that want historic character with lower upkeep. We detail every pan and panel to match the lines of a 1930s roof.
Slate suits the historic streets of Richmond Heights, where Tudor and Georgian homes deserve a 75-year roof. We handle new slate installs and matched-salvage repairs with copper flashings.
Clay and concrete tile holds up to hail better than most assume, and it suits the brick-and-stucco Tudors in Richmond Heights. We handle structural checks, deck prep, and tile-matched valley.
Brentwood Forest condos and City Center flat-roof buildings in Richmond Heights need clean seam welds and solid drainage. Our TPO crews install membrane that drains properly and holds up to hail.
Richmond Heights siding installation leans toward gable, dormer, and soffit work on brick primaries. We fit new fiber cement or Hardie panels that match the historic lines of a 1930s Tudor.
Woodpecker holes, soffit rot, and loose fascia show up on Richmond Heights eaves after a few decades. Our siding repair crew swaps damaged boards, caulks seams, and primes before paint.
The May 2025 tornado tore siding off Richmond Heights gables and dormers. We replace storm-damaged panels, document loss for your insurance claim, and match existing profiles when we can.
If a tree limb punched through a Richmond Heights gable or ripped siding off a dormer, our emergency tarping crew covers the opening within hours. Wind-driven rain stops before it spreads.
Vinyl siding is a budget-conscious fit for Richmond Heights homes where a full wrap makes sense. We install insulated vinyl with proper J-channel, nailing hem, and matched trim at every corner.
As a James Hardie Alliance member, we install Hardie fiber cement on Richmond Heights Tudors and bungalows. ColorPlus panels and trim hold color through hot summers and cold Missouri winters.
Fiber cement handles hail, humidity, and freeze-thaw cycles that beat up vinyl in Richmond Heights. We install HardiePlank and HardieTrim with proper spacing, flashing, and sealant at joints.
LP SmartSide engineered wood suits Richmond Heights' historic look at a lower price than fiber cement. We detail the gable, soffit, and fascia work that defines a 1930s brick home's exterior.
Insulated vinyl siding adds an R-value bump to Richmond Heights homes with uninsulated walls. Foam backing stiffens panels, cuts noise from Big Bend traffic, and improves winter comfort.
Richmond Heights homeowners who lived through the May 2025 tornado know how fast storm damage can snowball. We document damage, meet your insurance adjuster, and rebuild the entire exterior.
Richmond Heights sits in inner-ring Mid County, just south of Clayton and off Big Bend Boulevard, and we work every corner of it. Our crews roll trucks into Berkshire, Hampton Park, Maryland Terrace, Richmond Heights West, and Richmond Heights Northwest, plus the condo stock at Brentwood Forest and the commercial corridor around City Center and the Saint Louis Galleria. 1930s red-brick bungalows, Tudor Revivals, and cottages dominate the housing stock, which means steep multi-gabled roofs, dormered valleys, plank sheathing under old shingles, and masonry chimneys that need step and counter-flashing. The May 16, 2025 EF3 tornado ran directly through the city and left uprooted trees, blown siding, and torn roofs. We tarped, documented, and rebuilt across the ZIPs 63117, 63143, and 63144. Hail and severe thunderstorms stay on the radar every spring.
Call (314) 618-8888 or send us a message and we will set up a free Richmond Heights estimate at a time that works for you. A real person answers, inspects your roof or siding, and sends a written scope quickly.

I was referred by a relative, and I'm glad I asked. They did great work, communicated well about everything, and the one issue I had was addressed quickly and efficiently. I am glad that I went to this company. Not only would I use them again, I would refer them to friends and loved ones. Pleasant workers who work hard, and customer satisfaction is obviously a priority.Posted on Google![]()

I am extremely grateful that I contacted Top Quality Exteriors for my projects. They did a great job, continuously kept me posted on the work with daily photos, and were timely and professional at a very competitive and fair price!! While other contractors were not interested in my relatively small projects (soffit and dormer repair), TQE came out the day I called to give me a bid. They also went above and beyond. I not only had soffit repair work needed, but a birds next was built into the soffit opening. After inspecting my soffit to provide a bid, Bryan, my TQE representative, asked me if I had a yard bag. He climbed back on the roof and removed the nest. He then used materials from his truck to go back up on the roof to close off the hole until it could be repaired. All this on a late Friday afternoon when most contractors would be looking to start their weekend. Because of this, the great quality work, and the friendly and professional employees, I will always contact Top Quality Exteriors for any future projects, large or small. I HIGHLY recommend them!!!!Posted on Google![]()

The overall experience was great. Their responses are quick and detailed, and the images provided of the condition of the roof before, during, and after repair gave me confidence in the work that was being done. They did a thorough job of explaining the scope of work, including a change order that was required when additional damage was found to the sheathing of the roof. They were transparent about their pricing and were respectful throughout our interactions. Overall I’m satisfied, and hopeful that the quality of the work will show over time.
