About Us

From the Ground Up

Mario didn’t learn this trade in a classroom. Born in Louisville and raised in Guatemala by his grandmother, he returned to the U.S. at 12, learned English, and started installing siding by hand. He studied Construction Management through LSU while still working job sites — then moved to Saint Louis in 2019, where he installed for some of the region’s most active exterior companies including Allen Roofing, Lakeside, and STL Siding Pros.

In 2022, he founded Top Quality Exteriors LLC right here in Creve Coeur. What started as one crew with a commitment to doing the job right has grown to 52 team members — all in-house, no subcontractors. Every person on your roof or siding is trained, background-checked, and part of our team. That’s not something most companies around here can say.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I was referred by a relative, and I'm glad I asked. They did great work, communicated well about everything, and the one issue I had was addressed quickly and efficiently. I am glad that I went to this company. Not only would I use them again, I would refer them to friends and loved ones. Pleasant workers who work hard, and customer satisfaction is obviously a priority.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I am extremely grateful that I contacted Top Quality Exteriors for my projects. They did a great job, continuously kept me posted on the work with daily photos, and were timely and professional at a very competitive and fair price!! While other contractors were not interested in my relatively small projects (soffit and dormer repair), TQE came out the day I called to give me a bid. They also went above and beyond. I not only had soffit repair work needed, but a birds next was built into the soffit opening. After inspecting my soffit to provide a bid, Bryan, my TQE representative, asked me if I had a yard bag. He climbed back on the roof and removed the nest. He then used materials from his truck to go back up on the roof to close off the hole until it could be repaired. All this on a late Friday afternoon when most contractors would be looking to start their weekend. Because of this, the great quality work, and the friendly and professional employees, I will always contact Top Quality Exteriors for any future projects, large or small. I HIGHLY recommend them!!!!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The overall experience was great. Their responses are quick and detailed, and the images provided of the condition of the roof before, during, and after repair gave me confidence in the work that was being done. They did a thorough job of explaining the scope of work, including a change order that was required when additional damage was found to the sheathing of the roof. They were transparent about their pricing and were respectful throughout our interactions. Overall I’m satisfied, and hopeful that the quality of the work will show over time.
