Mario didn’t learn this trade in a classroom. Born in Louisville and raised in Guatemala by his grandmother, he returned to the U.S. at 12, learned English, and started installing siding by hand. He studied Construction Management through LSU while still working job sites — then moved to Saint Louis in 2019, where he installed for some of the region’s most active exterior companies including Allen Roofing, Lakeside, and STL Siding Pros.
In 2022, he founded Top Quality Exteriors LLC right here in Creve Coeur. What started as one crew with a commitment to doing the job right has grown to 52 team members — all in-house, no subcontractors. Every person on your roof or siding is trained, background-checked, and part of our team. That’s not something most companies around here can say.
