Payment terms will be outlined in your project agreement or contract. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Past due balances may be subject to late fees as specified in your project agreement.
Top Quality Exteriors LLC stands behind the quality of our workmanship. Warranty terms for labor and materials will be specified in your project agreement. Manufacturer warranties on materials are provided directly by the manufacturer and are subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Top Quality Exteriors LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services, regardless of the cause of action or the theory of liability.
