If your Richmond Heights deck is overdue for an honest look, we’re ready. Call our line, send photos, or ask for a free rooftop walk — Mario or one of our leads will meet you on site this week. You’ll get the scope and a real number in writing.
If you manage a property along the Galleria corridor, oversee a Brentwood Forest condo building, or own a storefront in Richmond Heights City Center, your flat and low-slope roof carries the whole operation. Top Quality Exteriors handles commercial roofing in Richmond Heights, MO for property owners who need a straight answer, a defensible scope of work, and crews that show up when they said they would. We founded the company in 2022 after our team spent over seven years on commercial decks across the Mid County metro, and that bench shows up on every bid.
From the Big Bend arterial to Hanley Road, the commercial stock here ranges from 1930s brick buildings with low-slope rear additions to modern condo decks at Brentwood Forest and medical offices near St. Mary’s. Each roof needs a different approach, so we start with a free rooftop assessment, document every penetration and parapet, and hand you a scope your adjuster or HOA board can act on. For buildings carrying 2025 storm damage, we fold in a storm damage roofing in Richmond Heights workflow.
Commercial decks in Richmond Heights don’t look like suburban warehouses — they sit on top of 1930s brick buildings off Big Bend, mid-century retail along the Galleria corridor, 1950s medical offices near SSM St. Mary’s, and dense condo stacks at Brentwood Forest. That mix means our crews switch gears constantly: a single-ply membrane re-cover on a flat retail pad, a low-slope coating over aging modified bitumen, standing-seam metal on a pitched accent where a sloped section meets the flat, and parapet-to-wall flashing on brick parapets patched a dozen times. The May 16, 2025 EF3 tornado and the hail outbreak left exposed decking, lifted flashings, and torn membranes across the 63117, 63143, and 63144 ZIP codes, and the backlog is still being worked through. Property managers can line up a free rooftop walk at a time that doesn’t disrupt tenants, and we hand back a photographed scope the same week. If your deck is more flat than pitched, start with our TPO and flat roofing in Richmond Heights page for membrane-specific detail.
Every Richmond Heights commercial roof we take on moves through the same five stages, so property managers and HOA boards know exactly what to expect from first walk to final sign-off. Here’s how a typical job runs from the day you call us.
We walk your deck and photograph every seam, drain, and parapet. Core cuts show us the layers already stacked on the deck. You get the full written report within one business day.
We spec every detail: membrane, insulation, fasteners, and flashings. You see line-item pricing with no mystery allowances. That doc goes straight to your adjuster or HOA board.
We pull the Richmond Heights permit and book the city inspection. Dumpster placement and tenant signage get locked in next. You hear from your project lead the morning of tear-off.
Crews strip the old deck in sections to protect tenants and traffic below. Then we rebuild to spec with new insulation, fasteners, and membrane. Cleanup happens every single day.
We walk the deck with you one more time to review every seam and flashing. Paperwork and manufacturer registration are signed on site. Then the 36-month workmanship clock starts.
Owens Corning® Preferred Contractor status matters more than most property owners realize on a commercial deck in Richmond Heights. The vetting is real: Owens Corning audits workmanship and backs the manufacturer warranty when the roof we hand off actually meets spec. Our owner Mario Granados has personally walked every bid along the Big Bend corridor this year, so when you call, you talk to a decision maker, not a call center. We’re licensed on both sides of the river.
The BBB Accredited A+ rating is one piece of the picture. The other is pre-job coordination: on the Galleria corridor and in condo decks at Brentwood Forest, HOA boards and leasing offices want to see dumpster locations, crew hours, and tenant signage before the first truck rolls in. We send that packet with the signed contract so there are no day-one surprises. Hearth or GreenSky financing is available for qualified property owners who prefer to spread the cost.
Flat and low-slope commercial roofs in Richmond Heights don’t price like a 2,000 square foot asphalt shingle house, and the number you get from a quick phone quote is usually incomplete. Square footage sits on the mechanical schedule, not the architectural plan, so we count membrane, insulation, fasteners, and parapet runs separately. For a mid-size retail or office pad along the Big Bend arterial, a re-cover commonly runs in the $7 to $15 per square foot range.
Condominium and multi-tenant buildings in Brentwood Forest land higher once staging, tenant notification, and HOA material-color approvals enter the schedule. We line-item those costs so you see exactly where the delta comes from. Many Richmond Heights owners get more life out of a deck with restoration coatings or targeted parapet repair instead of full tear-off, and if replacement is the right call, our roof replacement in Richmond Heights workflow runs in parallel.
Every credential we carry is a commitment to quality, safety, and your peace of mind — on every project, in every state we serve.

I was referred by a relative, and I'm glad I asked. They did great work, communicated well about everything, and the one issue I had was addressed quickly and efficiently. I am glad that I went to this company. Not only would I use them again, I would refer them to friends and loved ones. Pleasant workers who work hard, and customer satisfaction is obviously a priority.Posted on Google![]()

I am extremely grateful that I contacted Top Quality Exteriors for my projects. They did a great job, continuously kept me posted on the work with daily photos, and were timely and professional at a very competitive and fair price!! While other contractors were not interested in my relatively small projects (soffit and dormer repair), TQE came out the day I called to give me a bid. They also went above and beyond. I not only had soffit repair work needed, but a birds next was built into the soffit opening. After inspecting my soffit to provide a bid, Bryan, my TQE representative, asked me if I had a yard bag. He climbed back on the roof and removed the nest. He then used materials from his truck to go back up on the roof to close off the hole until it could be repaired. All this on a late Friday afternoon when most contractors would be looking to start their weekend. Because of this, the great quality work, and the friendly and professional employees, I will always contact Top Quality Exteriors for any future projects, large or small. I HIGHLY recommend them!!!!Posted on Google![]()

The overall experience was great. Their responses are quick and detailed, and the images provided of the condition of the roof before, during, and after repair gave me confidence in the work that was being done. They did a thorough job of explaining the scope of work, including a change order that was required when additional damage was found to the sheathing of the roof. They were transparent about their pricing and were respectful throughout our interactions. Overall I’m satisfied, and hopeful that the quality of the work will show over time.
