If wind lifted your fascia or hail split the panels on your addition, we are ready to help. Call our 24/7 line or use the form on this page and we will book a free St. Louis storm siding inspection this week, so the wall gets closed fast.
When a spring line moves through St. Louis and shreds soffits on your Dutchtown two-flat or peels vinyl off a rear addition in Bevo Mill, you need a crew that treats storm damage siding as a full envelope repair, not a patch job with mismatched panels bolted over torn flashing. Top Quality Exteriors walks every elevation of the property, documents each dent, split, and pulled fastener with dated photos, and turns the findings into an insurance-ready scope your adjuster can process without pushback or a second site visit later in the claim.
Because most St. Louis homes are load-bearing brick, storm work here concentrates on cornices, dormer cheeks, porch trim, and fascia rather than whole-house wraps. Our carpenters match profiles on Tower Grove bungalows, seal wind-lifted panels on rear additions in Bevo Mill, and reset J-channel and drip edge before the next rain returns. When damage is isolated to one wall or a run of soffit, we coordinate with siding repair in St. Louis for a tight, single-elevation fix that keeps your total out-of-pocket down.
The May 16, 2025 EF3 tornado cut a 12-mile path through the city and stripped siding, soffit, and fascia from roughly 5,000 homes in a single afternoon, and North City took the worst of it. Since then our estimators have opened dozens of claims across Fountain Park, The Ville, and the Central West End, so we know how St. Louis adjusters want photo evidence stacked, code items called out, and hidden decking damage flagged before the estimate closes. On brick homes we inspect the wall-to-cornice junction, dormer returns, and porch soffit boxes where hail and wind gusts up to 107 mph most often lift fasteners and split trim. For rear-addition wraps we spec fiber cement lap or insulated vinyl to match the original reveal, tie back into existing J-channel, and re-flash windows so the next freeze-thaw cycle does not reopen the seam. If your job needs a full re-side of an addition or garage, we route it into siding installation in St. Louis with the same crew and warranty.
Storm claims in St. Louis move fast, and every day of delay lets water push further into the brick. Our five-step process is built to get you fully documented, approved, and buttoned up before the next front rolls in over the city.
We meet you on site the same week you call our office. Our lead walks every elevation with a camera and a moisture meter. You get a written punch list before we leave that day.
We meet your insurance adjuster on the property whenever possible. Our team flags hidden fastener pulls and soffit hits they usually miss. That visit locks in a cleaner scope.
We build a line-item scope your carrier can process without kickback. We pull samples to match reveal, color, and profile on your block. You approve the plan before work starts.
Our crew tears off damaged panels and resets flashing to code. We swap out rotted sheathing where hail broke the skin. New siding, soffit, and fascia go up clean to full spec.
We do a joint walkthrough before we pull the truck off your street. Every seam, corner, and caulk line gets a second look together. Your 36-month workmanship warranty starts now.
We are a BBB Accredited business with an A+ rating, an Owens Corning Preferred Contractor, and a James Hardie Alliance Program member, so the material we install is backed by the same brands your adjuster already recognizes on the estimate. Our owner, Mario Granados, runs a 52-plus-person team with over seven years of industry experience across Missouri and Illinois, and our 24/7 emergency response line is real and staffed by people who know St. Louis storm patterns.
When the May 2025 EF3 sirens went off, our phones did not stop, and we spent the following months on ladders and lifts across North City, The Ville, and Fountain Park. That kind of week teaches you how St. Louis brick walls fail at the trim before they ever fail at the field, and how quickly rain will chase a torn seam. If a front hits overnight and you need the wall closed up before morning, our emergency siding tarping in St. Louis team can be on your block fast.
Most St. Louis storm siding claims we run in Dutchtown, Bevo Mill, and Tower Grove ride entirely on the insurance carrier, and your out-of-pocket is simply your deductible. When the damage is not carrier-eligible, isolated soffit and fascia repairs on a single elevation typically start in the low four figures, while a full rear-addition re-side with new house wrap, flashing, and paintable trim usually falls in the mid four to low five figures depending on square footage.
We price everything up front with line items, so you can compare the scope against the adjuster estimate before you commit. Hearth and GreenSky financing keeps the deductible or the uncovered portion manageable, and our 36-month workmanship warranty travels with the home if you sell. On brick facades we also protect existing masonry during the tear-off, because a chipped limestone sill or spalled brick face can cost more to fix than the siding itself would.
Every credential we carry is a commitment to quality, safety, and your peace of mind — on every project, in every state we serve.

I was referred by a relative, and I'm glad I asked. They did great work, communicated well about everything, and the one issue I had was addressed quickly and efficiently. I am glad that I went to this company. Not only would I use them again, I would refer them to friends and loved ones. Pleasant workers who work hard, and customer satisfaction is obviously a priority.Posted on Google![]()

I am extremely grateful that I contacted Top Quality Exteriors for my projects. They did a great job, continuously kept me posted on the work with daily photos, and were timely and professional at a very competitive and fair price!! While other contractors were not interested in my relatively small projects (soffit and dormer repair), TQE came out the day I called to give me a bid. They also went above and beyond. I not only had soffit repair work needed, but a birds next was built into the soffit opening. After inspecting my soffit to provide a bid, Bryan, my TQE representative, asked me if I had a yard bag. He climbed back on the roof and removed the nest. He then used materials from his truck to go back up on the roof to close off the hole until it could be repaired. All this on a late Friday afternoon when most contractors would be looking to start their weekend. Because of this, the great quality work, and the friendly and professional employees, I will always contact Top Quality Exteriors for any future projects, large or small. I HIGHLY recommend them!!!!Posted on Google![]()

The overall experience was great. Their responses are quick and detailed, and the images provided of the condition of the roof before, during, and after repair gave me confidence in the work that was being done. They did a thorough job of explaining the scope of work, including a change order that was required when additional damage was found to the sheathing of the roof. They were transparent about their pricing and were respectful throughout our interactions. Overall I’m satisfied, and hopeful that the quality of the work will show over time.
